Arion Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide habilitation, attendant care, and respite services to members in their homes and/or community in Arizona.

What You'll Do: As a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide hands-on assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities by:

Requirements

• Compassionate & Caring Attitude: You're passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.
• Flexibility & Reliability: Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the members.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with individuals, families, and team members.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to assist with mobility and activities of daily living.
• Reliable Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for community-based services.

Nice To Haves

• Experience: Previous experience in caregiving or direct support roles is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidates!

Responsibilities

• Offering support in daily living activities (e.g., personal care, meal preparation, household tasks)
• Assisting with community engagement and social integration
• Promoting independence and skill-building through individualized goals and programs
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals you care for
• Providing emotional support and positive reinforcement
• Keeping accurate records of care provided, ensuring compliance with state and agency guidelines
