About The Position

As a Caregiver at Sevita, you will engage in rewarding work helping individuals grow, learn, and live well. This role involves developing meaningful relationships with the people you serve, with leaders trusting you to make appropriate decisions for participants. You will take initiative to help participants integrate into the community and enjoy their favorite activities, as well as support them with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. The position also requires assisting individuals with personal hygiene and supporting those who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
