About The Position

Witco, Inc. has a great opportunity to join our team of Direct Support Professionals at our Ontario Office. We are currently hiring for a Full-Time Direct Support Professional. This position entails working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in an employment setting. The Direct Support Professional provides services to individuals to help with job activities to help them attain and maintain employment and reach personnel goals. This includes being a coach, guide, and mentor for them as we help realize their potential. The ideal candidate will be someone who is able to work independently and maintain a high degree of integrity. This position will allow you to inspire the lives of others while also working for a not-for-profit, mission driven company, with over 40 years of caring for individuals with disabilities. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Ability to transport workers to various work sites
Basic computer, math, and data-tracking skills
Must be available to maintain a flexible work schedule (days, nights, weekends)
Must have a valid driver's license/vehicle insurance and a clean driving record
