Requirements
- Must have Intellectual Disability (IDD/DDD) Support Experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- One (1) year of caregiving work history
- Valid driver's license with three (3) years of satisfactory driving history
Nice To Haves
- NADSP or CNA certifications
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care, including assistance with toileting and maintaining personal hygiene.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for each individual.
- Document all relevant information about the individuals you support while on shift.
- Attend mandated trainings and meetings to become proficient in supporting I/DD individuals.
- Supervise, report on, document, and assist individuals who may have behavioral or medical concerns.
- Assist individuals in living a quality life by helping them complete daily routines such as eating, toileting, showering, meal prep, and recreation.
