This is a part-time Direct Support Professional position. The role involves providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities. This includes assisting with personal care, managing appointments and transportation, helping customers achieve personal goals, documenting shift activities, monitoring customer safety and condition, and performing other assigned duties. The position requires adherence to ICM's mission, policies, and HIPAA regulations, as well as maintaining regular attendance and a clean work environment.
