About The Position

ETTA is hiring for multiple human services and special-needs support roles across the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles, and surrounding communities. Staff assist adults of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities by supporting, guiding, mentoring, and inspiring clients to achieve their goals and live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives. Paid training is provided, and the advertised starting rate is $20.00 per hour. The hiring event offers same-day interviews and job offers. Other listed openings include Independent Living Services (ILS) and Supported Living Services (SLS) staff, care providers and caregivers, job coaches, life skills coaches, mentors, general support staff, and activities assistants. A DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check is required.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have held a valid driver's license for at least three years.
Must have an insured vehicle and be willing to drive with clients.
A DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a paid position, volunteer role, or personal experience is preferred.
