About The Position
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are needed for the Adult Residential department at Bancroft, a leading service provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities, or those in need of neurological rehabilitation. The role involves providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner, with a strong desire to work with individuals with autism, intellectual, and/or developmental disabilities. The position is part-time, with specific hours on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays.
Requirements
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
- Have a current driver's license in good standing
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
