About The Position
We are Hiring: Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for our Adult Residential North program in Medford, NJ. Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities or those in need of neurological rehabilitation. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll empower individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities to realize their best life. We are looking for passionate individuals to provide quality care in a positive and empathetic manner, with a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals.
Requirements
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
- Have a current driver's license in good standing
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
