We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for a residential setting in Willow Grove, PA. Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED
• Dependable and punctual
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must successfully complete required background checks and onboarding requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous DSP, caregiver, healthcare, or direct-care experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support and companionship
• Assist with daily living activities and routines
• Promote safety and well-being
• Encourage independence and community participation
• Assist with meals and household activities as needed
• Complete required documentation
• Work collaboratively with the care team
• Support individuals in maintaining a safe, respectful, and comfortable home environment
