NEW Care, Inc. is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals for our Residential Care Facility and Adult Family homes. We are seeking individuals who are dependable, energetic, and compassionate to join our team of exceptional caregivers. We offer a newer and higher competitive wage of $17.00/hour and have full-time and part-time positions available on all shifts. Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Prior work experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment preferred
Must be in good physical health and able to lift and move residents, and possess physical capability to perform job-related duties
Must be compassionate and personable
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments
Ability to handle emotional and stressful situations in a professional manner
