About The Position
Bancroft is seeking passionate and empathetic Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities to realize their best life. As a DSP in our Adult Residential North program, you will provide quality care and support to individuals with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities. Bancroft is a leading service provider for these individuals, offering opportunities for professional growth and a chance to make a real difference.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
- Have a current driver's license in good standing
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
