Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Current Ohio Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
Acceptable Criminal Background verification
Willingness to provide fun yet responsible supervision and assistance to adults with Developmental Disabilities.
Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written skills
Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals
Maintains current and annual training requirements

Responsibilities

Providing supervision and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Assisting with daily activities for living.
Providing safe transportation.
Supplying accurate documentation of care and services provided.
Serving as a friend and mentor to individuals.
Planning, encouraging, and carrying out fun and fruitful social and occupational activities.
