Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support based on individual service plans
- Assist with daily living activities (personal care, meals, hygiene, etc.)
- Support community engagement and life skills development
- Promote independence, dignity, and personal choice
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment
- Follow all policies related to health, safety, and abuse prevention
