Direct Support Professional (DSP) - 2nd Shift Part Time
About The Position
Bancroft is seeking passionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for their Adult Residential North program. This role involves empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve their best lives. Bancroft is a leading provider of services for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities, or those needing neurological rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work with individuals with autism, intellectual, and/or developmental disabilities, providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work well in teams and openness to learning new skills
- Ability and willingness to work weekends
- Current driver's license in good standing
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
