Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support clients in achieving their goals and developing new skills.
- Encourage social and community involvement.
- Document and report changes in client behavior or health.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
- Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals as needed.
