About The Position
Direct Support Professional (DSP) Starting rate $18.50/hr. plus $1.50/hr shift differential when applicable. Do you have your DSP certification? Wide range of open positions in our Community Homes (driver’s license required, Beaver County) and Intermediate Care Facility (New Brighton). Full-time 40 hrs per week (5 8 hr shifts). 3 week rotations. Part-time 32 hours per week (4 8 hr shifts) 3 week rotations. PRN positions. Must commit to working 16-29 hours per week (4, 8, 12, or 16 hr shifts).
Requirements
- Ability to pass physical and drug screening
- Department of Human Services Child Abuse History Clearance
- Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check
- FBI Federal Criminal History Record (fingerprinting)
- TB testing
- Driver’s License (if applicable)

Responsibilities
- Meet individuals' daily physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
- Participate in daily social, recreational, and community based activities
- Assist in bathing, feeding, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene, and positioning.
- Ensure individuals health and safety
