About The Position
Seeking a patient and empathetic individual with a good sense of humor to provide support to a young woman in her own home. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, home care, and grocery shopping. The individual is independent in physical care but requires emotional support and guidance with decision-making. She enjoys community activities and quiet pastimes like reading and puzzles.
Requirements
- Some experience working in the mental health field
Nice To Haves
- Training in NVCI
- Training in Positive Behavior Supports
- Training in Mental Health First Aid
Responsibilities
- Support a young woman in her own home with all tasks associated with daily living
