About The Position

Endeavor HCBS is expanding in Yavapai County (Prescott area) and is seeking experienced Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join their team. This role is focused on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities to build confidence, gain independence, and live fuller lives. The company emphasizes supporting its DSPs by providing them with the necessary training, clear communication, and leadership support.

Requirements

• CPR, First Aid, and Article 9 certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
• Reliable transportation
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
