About The Position
Indera is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work in the Manlius area with a woman who has disabilities. We are seeking to hire a compassionate individual who wants to make a difference in her life. The job includes being active in the community and providing support for her to engage in lots of fun activities. The pay rate is $27.00 per hour. The hours needed are one to two Saturdays per month. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, and enthusiastic. Prior experience with providing positive behavior supports a plus. Reliable transportation, driver's license, and a high school diploma/GED are required. Background check, fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the non-profit agency. Requirements

- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility with assignments and schedule
- Reliable transportation to arrive at the job site at the scheduled time
- High school diploma/GED
- Access to technology for downloading and using multiple apps
