About The Position

This position involves providing direct support and care to customers, assisting them with a wide range of daily activities including personal hygiene, meal planning, medication management, and household tasks. The role also includes helping customers attend appointments, providing transportation for errands, and serving as a companion. A key aspect is supporting customers in achieving their personal goals to enhance their quality of life and community integration. The professional is responsible for maintaining customer safety, monitoring their condition and surroundings, and documenting daily activities through an online platform.

Responsibilities

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
• Perform other duties as assigned
