Wall Residences provides high-quality supported living services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to assist them to live independently in their own homes. We are currently seeking a full-time, experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Supported Living and In Home services in Front Royal. Our Supported Living DSP's assist individuals with domestic tasks such as laundry, cleaning, meal planning, cooking, and organizing. Help individuals enrich their own lives through exploring volunteer opportunities, support personal care needs, providing transportation and any needed advocacy for medical/dental appointments, and assisting with medication administration. Successful candidates are detail-oriented and able keep accurate notes to ensure continuity of quality care. Requirements

Full-time, experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Active driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Minimum of 3 years of driving experience
No more than 2 moving violations or accidents within past 3 years
No major violations within past 5 years
References and criminal background check free of barrier crimes

Responsibilities

Assist individuals with domestic tasks such as laundry, cleaning, meal planning, cooking, and organizing.
Help individuals enrich their own lives through exploring volunteer opportunities.
Support personal care needs.
Provide transportation.
Provide any needed advocacy for medical/dental appointments.
Assist with medication administration.
