People Creating Success (PCS) is a Californian leader in providing services for adults with developmental disabilities for over 20 years. This role is for our supported living service program in the San Fernando Valley, North Los Angeles, & Surrounding Areas.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Responsible, and can assist in goal progress tracking
• CPR / First Aid certification (Training will be provided if you’re not certified or need to be recertified)
• Able to be around cats

Responsibilities

• Support participants with daily living skills such as cleaning, cooking, and budgeting
• Encourage and model independence, hobbies, and social activities
• Assist participants access and participate in community activities
• Assist with personal care such as medication support, hygiene and bathing (lifting / transferring may be required)
• Collaborate Person-Centered Care planning with participant
• Record keep progress of care plan
