About The Position
Self-Direction DSP - Manlius Ny Area (Job #PC-LD/RD) Do you like working with kids? Indera, a leader in providing services to people with developmental disabilities, is interviewing for part-time positions to provide in-home respite to parents. In-home respite hours are flexible. We have a current need for staff Friday after school hours. Young adolescent seeking someone with high energy to work with them, preferably with experience. Staff would be primarily working in home with them with occasional visits in the community.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Effective communication and organizational skills required.
- Flexibility with assignments and schedule required.
- Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time.
- Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy.

- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
