About The Position

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking dedicated professionals for the Direct Support Professional II - Asleep Overnight position. This role involves acting as a caregiver for individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, or acquired brain injuries. The position requires customer service skills, administrative skills, and compassion. Seven Hills Foundation is a growing nonprofit with 4,500 employees, committed to diversity and inclusion. This role is considered essential work. The pay structure includes awake hours at $20.50-$24.50/hour and asleep hours at $17.50/hour, with potential differentials based on location and certifications.

Requirements

Must be 18+ years old.
High school diploma, GED, or HiSET required.
Valid Driver’s License & Good Driving Record.
CPR/First Aid and MAP certification required (paid training provided if needed).

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day services to program participants.
Assist and/or teach individuals varying levels of personal care, including bathing, toileting, and teeth brushing.
Assist and/or teach individuals household maintenance, meal preparation, and shopping.
Provide ongoing opportunities for individuals to assume increasing control and responsibility over their daily lives.
Accompany individuals on appointments.
Administer medications (or support self-medication) in accordance with residential guidelines.
Follow routines of individuals, including Behavior Support Plans, personal care, and Physical Therapy.
Participate in a paid 5-day New Employee Orientation.
Receive training on CPR/First Aid, Safety Care, Defensive Driving, and Medication Administration Program (MAP).
Receive program-specific training at the work site.
