About The Position

Omega Day Centers is seeking energetic, mission-driven Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Chantilly, VA, who are passionate about building inclusive communities and empowering individuals to achieve independence. Requirements

A valid Driver’s License
Reliable personal transportation with proper insurance
Ability to successfully pass a standard background check
A Bachelor’s degree (Any field) OR An Associate’s degree + 1 year of relevant experience OR A High School Diploma / GED + 2 years of relevant life or work experience.
