Support. Connect. Empower. F4L is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Day Program team in West Jordan, Utah. In this role, you'll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by creating a fun, engaging, and meaningful day-to-day experience—both in the facility and out in the community. If you're dependable, energetic, and care deeply about helping others grow and thrive, this is the job for you!

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Physically able to assist with mobility and engage in active daily programming
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others succeed

Responsibilities

• Support clients with their personal goals and daily routines
• Facilitate engaging activities in the day program and on community outings
• Assist with hygiene, meals, mobility, and communication as needed
• Document daily progress and support plan goals
• Provide transportation to and from the day program and daily activities
• Promote social interaction, independence, and skill development
• Uphold clients' rights and maintain a safe, respectful environment
• Keep the facility clean, organized, and welcoming
