About The Position

Bancroft is seeking motivated Brain Injury Specialists for their NeuroRehab program in Brick, NJ. This role involves providing quality care to individuals recovering from traumatic brain injury (TBI), acquired brain injuries, and neurological conditions. The NeuroRehab program offers supervised living in residential group homes and apartments, with services including customized supervision, social/recreational/spiritual activities, behavioral programming, and transportation. The program focuses on helping individuals regain functional abilities, vocational skills, daily living skills, and improve their overall quality of life through structured programming centered on activities and recreation.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Current, Non-Provisional Driver's License in good standing
Six months related work experience, OR a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field or currently enrolled in a related college program

Nice To Haves

Prior experience working with individuals with developmental and neurological disabilities preferred

Responsibilities
