About The Position

ASI-NE's mission is to support people to experience meaningful lives. We provide residential group homes and community support services to adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses. Our work emphasizes independence, engagement, and community inclusion. We proudly serve Kennebec, Androscoggin, Franklin, and Oxford counties and are fully HCBS-compliant across all programs. No experience is necessary as we offer PAID training, allowing you to earn while you learn. We are looking for individuals with compassion, commitment, and professionalism.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Valid Maine driver's license & insurable
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel
• Must attend all mandatory trainings and staff meetings

Nice To Haves

• Satisfactory driver's license and an active CRMA (for higher starting rate)
