About The Position

We are seeking a Full Time Personal Supports (DSP) to provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning. Support a young woman in the Kingsville area with activities at home and in the community. Work on skills to increase independence at home and in the community. Attend social groups and clubs, fun and skill based activities including: cooking, movies, exercise, meeting friends, etc. Staff should be patient, respectful, trustworthy, and able to encourage and participate in living a fun and fulfilling life.

Requirements

High school degree/GED
Current driver’s license with less than three points on the driving record.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities.
