In this position, you’ll work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build confidence, develop life skills, and enjoy meaningful community experiences.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients

• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred
• Ideal for paraprofessionals, special education majors, and behavioral health techs

Responsibilities

• Help individuals participate in community activities and outings
• Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship
• Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and activities
• Empower individuals to reach their goals and grow more independent
