Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Tennessee Drivers license
• Applicant must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support and assistance to individuals with unique abilities, helping them with daily living tasks, personal development, and community engagement.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where each individual's voice is heard and respected.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalized care plans.
• Support individuals in reaching their goals, whether they involve education, employment, or community integration.
• Promote independence, self-determination, and social inclusion for the individuals we serve.
• Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of those under your care.
