About The Position
Join The Arc of Washington County as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our Vocational/FAVC Day Services program. In this role, you will help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities gain confidence, learn new skills, and thrive in their communities. You will be part of a supportive team that values compassion, respect, and fun, making a real difference in people's lives while maintaining your evenings and weekends free.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- A valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with physical support when needed
- A positive attitude, reliability, and genuine care for others
Nice To Haves
- Experience helping people with disabilities is a plus — but we’ll train you if you have the heart for it!
