We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver with behavioral care experience to provide one-on-one support. This role involves assisting clients with daily needs, offering companionship, and helping them maintain dignity and independence.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Over 18 years old
Eligible to work in the United States
Able to pass a background check
Experience managing dementia and behavioral conditions

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and foster meaningful connections
Assist with personal hygiene and comfort care
Support light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe environment
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to client needs
Offer transportation for outings or appointments
Provide timely medication reminders

Benefits

Competitive base pay: $16.75–$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA)
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $16.75/hour
Raises after 60 days and annual reviews
Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
