About The Position
We are actively pooling qualified and compassionate individuals for upcoming full-time opportunities as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Caregivers, and Direct Care Workers in the Plymouth Meeting and Norristown area. Requirements
- Ability to pass background checks and required clearances
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in caregiving, DSP, or healthcare preferred but not required
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and one-on-one support to individuals in home and community settings
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Support clients with community integration and social engagement
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
- Follow individualized care plans and document daily progress notes
- Communicate effectively with team members, families, and supervisors
