About The Position

We're Hiring: Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for our Adult Residential program in Burlington County. This is a non-exempt, full-time and part-time position with hourly rates ranging from $19.06-$19.44/hr. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) within our Community Residential Services for Adults (CRSA), you’ll empower individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities to realize their best life. Bancroft’s community-based residences for people with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities foster a stable environment where each individual can experience independence. Direct Support Professionals help those in our care to reach their highest potential, while gaining experience and learning new skills. Various schedules and shifts are currently available, including evenings and overnights.

Requirements

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or GED
• Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
• Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
