Requirements

Passionate about making a difference
At least 18 years of age
Have a valid NYS Driver's License

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional care to individuals with disabilities.
Empower individuals with disabilities to live with dignity, independence, and happiness.
Work hand-in-hand with families to provide care.
Help individuals reach their goals by participating within the community.
Assist individuals in volunteering to reach their short and long term goals.
Transport individuals to community activities and appointments.
