About The Position

Pride, Inc. is hiring a Daytime Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our Day Program. In this role, you’ll work alongside people with developmental disabilities as they build skills, explore their community, prepare for employment, develop greater independence, and work toward goals that are important to them. No two days have to look the same. You may spend your day teaching a new life skill, helping someone explore a potential job, participating in recreational activities, getting out into the community, or celebrating progress toward a personal goal.

Requirements

• A valid North Dakota driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to operate a motor vehicle are required.
