About The Position
New Horizons is seeking an engaging Day Program Instructor to help individuals with special needs develop essential life skills and reach their full potential. This role involves providing hands-on instruction and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in various life skills areas. This is a rewarding experience for reliable individuals with a passion for helping others, and it's a perfect part-time or second job.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Driver's License for 3+ years required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be willing to drive an 8-passenger van
- Authorized to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in English and Armenian is a plus
- Experience with special needs / developmental disabilities is a plus
