About The Position

Working directly as a Direct Support Professional, you will be able to assist in a residential setting. The Direct Support Professional (caregiver) is responsible for providing direct support, hands-on instruction, assistance, and positive direction to those we support in a manner that ensures their health, safety, successful achievement of service objectives, and personal goals. No Experience? That's fine, we will provide the necessary paid training and hands-on experience. Requirements

18 years or older
A successful background clearance is required as part of the onboarding/employment process
Good communication skills (reading, writing, and verbal)
Computer skills for documentation
Person-centered, patient, and kind

Committed to creating a respectful and collaborative environment

Responsibilities

Providing direct support, hands-on instruction, assistance, and positive direction to those we support in a manner that ensures their health, safety, successful achievement of service objectives, and personal goals.
Documenting care, following support plans, and collaborating with both internal and external team members.
