BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their home and community. You will support an individual in daily activities while promoting independence, dignity, and community inclusion.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Passion for supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
Patience, empathy and reliability
Ability to read and write in English

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support in the clients home
Assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene needs
Build a positive and supportive relationship with the individual served
Ensure client safety and well-being in their home.
