About The Position

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Aide, you’ll provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities in both day programs and residential settings. Working closely with a team, you will assist with personal care, daily living activities, and community engagement to help individuals achieve their goals and enhance their independence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to provide person-centered support in a respectful and inclusive way.

Nice To Haves

• Six (6) months experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Are bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Have experience using case management systems (Therap preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assisting individuals with personal care, meals, and mobility support.
• Encouraging participation in daily activities and community outings.
• Helping individuals build relationships and develop independence.
• Documenting daily activities and progress using case management software.
