About The Position

Champaign Residential Services (CRSI) is seeking a Direct Support Manager in Madison County. This role involves providing quality services to residents based on their medical needs and Individual Plan, and using mentoring/coaching skills to teach self-reliance. Direct Support Managers have on-call responsibilities after normal business hours, including nights and weekends. CRSI has been a leader in providing services to persons with developmental disabilities since 1976 and is invested in its employees' success.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Acceptable BMV record and background screenings.
• At least one year of experience in caring for adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality services to residents based on each resident's medical needs and Individual Plan.
• Use mentoring/coaching skills to teach people self-reliance.
