About The Position
Champaign Residential Services (CRSI) is seeking a Direct Support Manager in Williams County. This role involves working in a comfortable home setting and assisting individuals with various activities such as shopping, bowling, fishing, going to the movies, and even vacations. The position also includes helping individuals celebrate holidays, birthdays, and other special events, utilizing mentoring and coaching skills to teach self-reliance, and making a daily difference in helping others live their best lives. CRSI has been a stable, reliable leader in providing services to persons with developmental disabilities since 1976 and is celebrating 50 years of service in 2026.
