Provides leadership to Life Skills Trainers (LST) in the residence and in the community and provides direct services to program participants. This role involves ensuring client objectives and company goals are achieved, participating in community outings, orienting new employees, serving as a role model, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation. The position also requires managing staffing assignments, facilitating staff problem-solving, providing direct supervision, initiating corrective actions, investigating incidents, and implementing personal intervention, active treatment, and crisis prevention.
