Direct Support Caregiver
About The Position
Direct Support Caregiver positions may include weekend shifts and relief on call. Each day, you'll be proud of rewarding work helping people grow, learn, and live well. You will develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve, experience ownership and trust from your leaders to do what's right for participants, and take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities. You will support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. You'll assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements
- Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit)
- Clean driving record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy
- Proof of full coverage vehicle insurance
- Reliable personal vehicle
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Six months of experience
- Communication skills

- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
