Direct Support Caregiver
About The Position
REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a Full Time Float position supporting all programs as needed. You’ll assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements
- Must be willing to work between the hours of 7 AM - 11 PM in multiple homes including every other weekend.
- Must have valid Drivers License for at least one year
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
- Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
