Direct Support Caregiver
About The Position
Direct Support Professional (DSP) role in St. Cloud, working 24 hours per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and every other Saturday and Sunday from 2pm to 10pm. This role involves assisting individuals with their personal hygiene and supporting those who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. The position is ideal for compassionate, patient individuals seeking meaningful work and a promising future. At Sevita, you will help people grow, learn, and live well, develop meaningful relationships, and experience ownership and trust from leadership. You will also take initiative to help participants engage in community activities and pursue their interests, supporting their developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License for at least 1 year post permit
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets Sevita insurability policy
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
