About The Position
This role involves delivering and merchandising ice cream to local retail stores. There are no sales quotas as stores/reps write the orders. The position offers a starting wage of $23/hr with structured growth potential up to $29/hr. It features local routes only, ensuring drivers are home daily, and operates on a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible start times that are set with a leader. There is a performance-based opportunity to complete weekly routes, with busy periods during the summer and lighter schedules outside the peak season.
Requirements
- CDL or NON CDL drivers
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in cold environments
- Reliable, safety-focused, customer-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Delivery, route, or merchandising experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver frozen products to assigned accounts
- Stock shelves, organize backstock, maintain freezer displays
- Build positive relationships with store teams
- Work independently with strong team support
