All U Need Pest Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a role with real promotion paths, elite training, and uncapped earning potential. This is a performance-driven role where your work ethic directly controls your income, with top performers consistently earning $65,000–$150,000+ per year through base pay, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses. Full training, sales scripts, product knowledge, and ongoing coaching are provided, making it suitable even for those new to outside sales.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Drive to hit goals and earn more
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license with 5+ years driving history
