Requirements

• Summer role or New to Sales – (0–1 years experience welcomed!).
• Enthusiastic, coachable, and driven by goal achievements.
• People-Person – You thrive in face-to-face interactions and can spark trust instantly.
• Self-Starter – You manage your schedule, pursue leads actively, and measure your own success.
• Mobile & Weather-Ready – Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable standing/walking all day and working in sunshine, wind, or rain (we provide gear!).

Responsibilities

• Spend your day door-to-door, engaging with residents in Encinitas/Solana Beach.
• Explain how next-gen fiber internet transforms homes.
• Use your iPad to log leads, manage sales workflow, and close deals.
• Build lasting customer relationships and be the face of our brand locally.
• Hit weekly activity & sales targets to maximize your commission earnings.
